McKenzie Properties builds and provides quality space at attractive locations and competitive prices throughout the Reno/Sparks, Nevada area. We have over 1.5 million square feet in the Reno/Sparks area including commercial, retail, industrial, and office space.

E.W. McKenzie, a pioneer in the construction industry, founded McKenzie Construction in 1953.  He built the first concrete tilt up building in the state of Nevada in 1954, which in turn began the warehouse/distribution revolution in the Reno/Sparks area.  McKenzie Construction has had a heavy hand in building and shaping the Reno/Sparks community over the past 50 years. 

The company eventually morphed into McKenzie Properties, which utilizes McKenzie Construction to build for itself, and as a result we enjoy a competitive advantage in terms of quality, price, and efficiency in new construction and tenant improvement build out. We maintain this same quality/price advantage through our in-house property management, as evidenced by our consistently low and stable CAM (Common Area Maintenance) fees across all property types.
